6th Sunday in Easter

I’m reminded of how much we are loved by God. I am in awe of the love God pours out on us. I am loved by a generous God who loves me. No other God declares their love for their worshippers as God has done and continues to do.

God rescues and sets right the world and all those who live in it. We can’t see this with human eyes, but when we look with the eyes of our hearts, we can feel and see God moving in ways that are healing and restorative.

Psalm reminds us that when God comes, God will set the earth right. I believe God has come and is setting the earth right. Again, we can’t see it with human eyes, but with the eyes of our hearts, we will be able to see.

Be still.

Settle.

Open your heart to God.

Let the silence companion you.

A tribute to God when he comes, When he comes to set the earth right. He’ll straighten out the whole world, He’ll put the world right, and everyone in it.

‭Psalms 98:9 MSG‬
