I have added a new page to include Guided Meditations and Prayer Practices. I will be adding to these, so check back often. To engage in these practices, I suggest finding a quiet and comfortable place where distractions are minimal.
Following the breath in and down as a simple meditation practice before important meetings is beneficial when energy is high and feels chaotic.
This practice is so simple you can do it in your car, the bathroom stall, while driving (just don’t close your eyes🫣😂), anywhere, really.
