So here I am, 7 weeks after training to be a Spiritual Director and I actually get to sit with people in the sacred space of Holy Listening. What an incredible gift!
I listen different.
I see different.
I am different.
The world seems different.
Less scary.
More whole.
I’m less judgemental.
More compassionate.
Less anxious.
More inclusive.
Excited about meeting new clients.
Hearing and holding sacred stories and trusting God as the true Director.
What an adventure!
What a journey!
What a trip!
What a gift to be unwrapped!
